RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Purchases made on Mitchellandness.co.uk may be returned or exchanged by the customer for any reason within 28 days of shipment if the product is unwashed, unworn, and in new condition with all original components and tags still intact. Markdowns are final sale and may not be returned for refunds or exchanges.
Mitchell & Ness will not accept returns if:

• The item has obviously been worn
• Smells of cologne, perfume, smoke, or any other odors
• Visible stains, marks, burns, snags, or any other blemishes
• Alterations or modifications of any kind
• Price tags that are removed, altered, or damaged
• Other tags that are removed, altered, or damaged

Mitchell & Ness does not cover return or exchange shipping costs including customs fees or services. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 7  business days of receiving the returned product.

Items purchased from retail stores or websites other than mitchellandness.co.uk must be returned through the retailer where the products were originally purchased.

Items purchased from our sale sections cannot be returned and are final sale.

Please complete the form on the Return and Exchange Request page before shipping your product to us. If the desired exchange is unavailable, you’ll be refunded for the item.
